In the production of wine, old Lithuanian apple varieties are mixed with new dessert apple varieties, the wine is slowly fermented and matured at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, thus obtaining a mild balanced taste with fresh and pleasant acidity. It is suitable to be served as an aperitif, with salads, poultry, fish dishes, mild cheeses.
