The bouquet has an abundance of flavours and is reminiscent of ripe apples, apricots and exotic fruits like pine apple and grapefruit.

The mouthfeel is very luscious, complex and aromatic; nevertheless it shows a lot of elegance and freshness and is a perfect companion for a summer evening.

Goes well with lamb, white meats, beef and pork or to spicy pies but also to asparagus and Mediterranean kitchen.
